As of July 28, 2021until further notice, we will only be accepting guests who are fully vaccinated. Proof of vaccination will be required at the time of check-in. We reserve the to refuse entry if proof cannot be provided and refunds will not be provided.
Reservation require a non-refundable 25% deposit. Remaining balance is due upon check-in.
Reservation deposit can be secured by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via PayPal. Remaining balance can be paid by credit card or by check.
All rates are subject to state and local sales and lodging tax.

A reservation has an allowance of one date change where the original deposit is transferred. Any subsequent change will be considered a new reservation and require a new deposit.
No-shows will be automatically charged for the entire amount of reserved visit.
Kennett House B&B reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
- This includes any persons who refuse to adhere to our mask policy. We reserve the right to protect all our guests, our home, our family.
- Any persons who commit acts of discrimination, violent or aggressive behavior and/or extreme intoxication will not be tolerated.
Check-in: Guests may check-in between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00am. If you need alternate arrangements, please contact us directly at 610-444-9592. We are happy to make special arrangements to accommodate your travel schedule.
All rates include a full, warm breakfast prepared daily.
Minimum Nights: Between April 1 and Dec 31, we ask that you join us for 2 nights on weekends Single night stays are subject to a $30 surcharge and cannot be reserved online. Please call 610-444-9592.
There is a $50 surcharge per night for a 3rd person in any room.
Children 10 and over are welcome.
For the safety and comfort of all guests, smoking and candles are not permitted inside the B&B.

Kennett House does not charge a cancellation fee. In lieu, there is a non-refundable deposit.
