Reservation & Payment:

Reservations can be secured with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). All rates are subject to applicable state and local sales and lodging taxes.

Pets

Pets are not allowed; however, if you have a service dog or special needs, please contact us.

Quiet Hours:

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

Guests will receive a full refund for cancellations made up to 5 days before check-in. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reserved stay.

Smoking

To ensure the comfort of all guests, smoking and the use of candles are not permitted inside the house.

Accessibility

Due to the historic nature of the house, we are unable to make ADA accessibility modifications at this time. Please note that guest rooms are accessed by a 12-step flight of stairs, and there is no elevator.

Check-In & Check-Out:

Check-in is available from 2:00 pm, and check-out is by 11:00 am. If you need alternative arrangements, please contact us. We are happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible.

Security

For safety reasons, firearms are not permitted on the property.

Service Refusal:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Acts of discrimination, violent or aggressive behavior, and extreme intoxication will not be tolerated.
